As I am from out of state, the offer and acceptance were made over the phone, and the dealership held the vehicle for me for a reasonable deposit. About a week later I flew to Cedar Rapids, spent the night at a hotel, and since I was without a vehicle, Tate picked me up at my hotel and took me to the dealership the next day, where we signed the various documents that Tate had prepared in advance. Everything was quick, easy, and streamlined.
After completing all paperwork, and while I was waiting for them to fill the gas tank (thanks for that!), the owner and several other employees took the time to meet me and chat for a while.
Definitely worth the trip out there! Great quality vehicles and a very friendly and non pushy atmosphere. All the staff treated us like we had known each other for years. An excellent choice to purchase a vehicle from. Went above and beyond to make you feel like you made the right choice and get a great deal. Scot and Nate are top notch!

Excellent dealership! Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. I flew in from D.C. to purchase a vehicle. All the paperwork was in the glovebox when I arrived and the car was ready to go. Excellent people from Jeff to Mike to Nate. Everyone knew my name, everyone knew my profession..just an all around great experience. I've purchased at least 6 cars in the past 10 years or so and all of the experiences had been absolutely dreadful up until this one. I would happily make the 983 mile drive to have a flawless experience like this one. Everyone is easy to communicate with, they answer their phones and emails...just totally different than other dealerships. Love them!
